Real Time Economy and Mobile Financial Services

The “Real Time Economy and Mobile Financial Services” thematic group combines the efforts from two complementary research and development programs. The Real-Time Economy (RTE) program focuses on the efficiency of financial service processes in companies and public organizations. The Mobile Financial Services (MoFS) investigates mobile service technologies in the fields of banking, ticketing and e-commerce.  A great research challenge for the group is the consumers’ trust on the secure use of novel mobile financial services.  The RTE/MoFS group combines the knowledge and efforts of experts from the Aalto School Economics and the Aalto School of Science and Technology.
