Research on services and service innovation requires interdisciplinary collaboration. Aalto Service Factory combines the service-related expertise across faculties and research groups within the Aalto University. It is a collaboration platform bringing together researchers and faculty of Aalto Schools specialized in different fields: technology, business and the arts and design, all of which are essential aspects in the science of service.
