This seminar will be arranged to honour the Grönroos Service Research Award, which is presented to scholars in recognition of excellent achievements in service research challenging common understanding anddemonstrating significant originality.The award was established in 2010 by Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management (CERS) at Hanken School of Economics. The first receiver of the award will be Professor Evert Gummesson, Stockholm University.
